Pricing & access

We’re not publishing a public rate card while we onboard early firms.

AdvisorPilot is priced for the value of running repeatable, reviewable client work — intake through documentation, with your firm retaining full control of advice and client communications. If you’re evaluating fit for a solo practice, an ensemble, or a broader rollout, the next step is a short conversation, not a generic SKU.

Where firms start

Three common starting points — priced to the work, not a seat count alone.

Solo practice

One principal, every review

For independent advisors who run reviews themselves and want the preparation off their plate without hiring.

  • Full intake-to-deliverable workflow
  • Single advisor seat

Ensemble

Most common

Advisors + analysts, shared base

For teams where analysts prepare and lead advisors review — everyone working from one analysis and narrative base.

  • Multiple seats & role handoffs
  • Traceability for supervision

Rollout

Multi-team & firm-wide

For firms standardizing reviews across offices, with onboarding timing and supervisory standards we plan around.

  • Production + pilot terms
  • Tailored onboarding plan

Before we quote

What we align on first

A short conversation lets us match terms to how your firm actually adopts software — not a one-size SKU.

Common questions

Pricing & access, briefly

Why no public price list?

Pricing reflects seats, intake volume, and how reviews move through your stack. We align on those before quoting, so the number fits the work.

Who is it for?

Independent RIAs and small ensembles — solo principals through multi-advisor teams — where review volume is growing but operations budget is not.

Is there a pilot option?

Yes. We structure pilot versus production terms so billing matches how your firm actually adopts the software.

Does it give advice or message clients?

No. AdvisorPilot prepares and drafts; your firm keeps full control of advice, disclosures, and what reaches the client. Nothing is transmitted without your action.
